ABOUT SARAH

Life brings challenges and uncertainties, but seeking therapy is a powerful step toward healing and self-discovery. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for teens, adults, and older adults navigating trauma, grief and loss, caregiver stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and everyday struggles. I am passionate about helping individuals build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and create a meaningful and fulfilling life.

 APPROACH TO THERAPY

My approach is holistic and person-centered, grounded in compassion and empathy. I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you manage distress, regulate emotions, and strengthen relationships. Whether you are processing grief, healing from trauma, or facing life transitions, I offer a space for growth, self-acceptance, and empowerment. As Arthur Ashe said, “Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.” Together, we will take steps toward healing and well-being.

FUN FACTS

When I’m not in session, you might find me on the beach with an audiobook in hand or humming a tune—music and singing are my happy place! I have a playful German Shepherd and a mischievous Sphynx cat who keeps life interesting. In a fun coincidence, I happen to share a birthday with my grandmother.
