Michelle Trapani – The Mindful Teacher
With 10 years of experience, Michelle specializes in Yin, Vinyasa Flow and mindfulness-based practices. Known for their calm demeanor and attention to detail, they focus on helping students connect deeply with their breath and body, creating a meditative space on the mat. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, their classes are designed to help you find balance and inner peace.
